About the role

Role overview

Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise software implementation and integration projects for nuclear and energy clients using a Dynamic Work Execution Platform. You will own end-to-end delivery outcomes (planning through closeout), lead and mentor Project Managers, and mature the Client Services PMO function.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of enterprise-scale software implementation and integration projects for regulated industry clients
Define and manage scope, budget, schedule, and quality; identify and mitigate delivery and customer-satisfaction risks
Serve as primary interface for client executives, aligning business objectives, technical delivery, and contract terms
Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, solution development, QA, and client operations
Maintain high-quality project documentation (e.g., charters, schedules, risk registers, performance dashboards)
Ensure compliance with industry protocols, security standards, and QA processes
Coach and mentor Project Managers; grow team maturity and adherence to Execution Excellence and Quality frameworks
Support continuous improvement via process optimization, resource forecasting, and PMO reporting

Requirements

10+ years managing software implementation or upgrade projects (full lifecycle)
5+ years from a major system integrator or enterprise software client services organization, including end-customer delivery
Experience leading cross-functional teams with direct and matrixed resources
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or Confluence
PMP, SAFe, or CSM certification required (multiple certifications strongly preferred)
Expertise with enterprise platforms such as ERP, EAM, Workflow Automation, CRM, or integration suites
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) and tailoring governance to client context

Nice to have

Experience in regulated/mission-critical sectors (nuclear, utilities, healthcare, government)
Experience in mentoring PMs and maturing PMO systems

Work environment

Remote role within the United States
Domestic travel required within the US for client implementations and executive stakeholder engagements
Supports highly regulated, high-visibility government and enterprise sector contracts
