About the role
Role Overview
Ethos is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a foundational AI lab. You will help train the lab’s latest language model on project management and delivery tasks by creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated work aligned with core PM workflows.
Responsibilities
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated project management outputs
- Cover core PM workflows, including:
- Project planning
- Risk management
- Stakeholder communication
- Status reporting
- Resource allocation
- Post-project reviews
Requirements
- PMP or equivalent
- 5+ years managing complex, cross-functional projects at top companies
- Strong expertise in:
- Project planning
- Risk management
- Stakeholder communication
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Additional Details
- Part-time / flexible: 5–20 hours per week (up to $1,500/week)
- Fully remote with schedule flexibility
- Start date: March
