Senior Program Manager

Role Overview

Senior Program Manager at Voleon, a key member of the PMO, partnering with senior executives and Research/Engineering teams to lead and scale strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to define and prioritize strategic goals, roadmaps, and operational initiatives for Research and Engineering.
• Lead and oversee large-scale, complex, cross-functional programs; ensure alignment with organizational objectives and successful outcomes.
• Manage scope, resources, budgets, risks, and timelines with a focus on execution excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement by monitoring KPIs, providing insights, and reporting regularly to executive leadership.
• Build and maintain strategic frameworks, methodologies, and processes to improve initiative delivery.
• Mentor and coach a growing PMO team; foster a collaborative, results-driven environment.
• Establish systems for tracking and reporting business performance metrics and using data to guide decisions and optimize resource allocation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and teams for short- and long-term decision-making.
• Lead change management across the department to ensure smooth execution of new strategic initiatives.
• Shape a culture of continuous improvement, operational efficiency, team performance, and leadership development.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of program/project management experience, including at least 3 years in a management role focused on strategy operations or technical program management.
• Proven ability to deliver complex, cross-functional programs in fast-paced, high-tech environments.
• Strong business acumen connecting strategic objectives to operational outcomes.
• Excellent collaboration, leadership, and communication skills; ability to influence senior leaders and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to identify risks and roadblocks early and analyze potential solutions.
