Senior Program Manager

Role Overview

Senior Program Manager in the Program Management Office (PMO) at The Voleon Group. You will partner with senior executives and technical teams to lead and scale the Research and Engineering departments, driving strategic initiatives with strong execution and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to define and prioritize strategic goals, roadmaps, and operational initiatives for Research and Engineering
• Lead large-scale, complex, cross-functional programs; ensure alignment to organizational objectives and successful delivery
• Manage scope, resources, budgets, risks, and timelines with an execution-excellence mindset
• Monitor KPIs and provide insights and regular executive updates to drive continuous improvement
• Develop strategic frameworks, methodologies, and processes to improve initiative implementation effectiveness
• Mentor and coach a growing PMO team; foster collaboration and results-driven delivery
• Establish systems for tracking and reporting business performance metrics to guide decisions and optimize resource allocation
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and teams on complex, data-driven decisions
• Lead change management for new strategic initiatives; ensure smooth adoption and delivery of value
• Shape a culture of continuous improvement across operational efficiency, team performance, and leadership development

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of program/project management experience
• At least 3 years in a management role focused on strategy operations or technical program management
• Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional programs in fast-paced, high-tech environments
• Strong business acumen; ability to connect strategic objectives to operational outcomes
• Excellent collaboration, leadership, and communication skills; ability to influence senior leadership and technical/stakeholder groups
• Ability to identify risks and roadblocks early and analyze potential solutions
