Role: Senior Program Manager

Senior Program Manager for a large set of interdependent programs in a retail/real estate partner environment, spanning hardware implementation/decommission, hardware refreshes, and related real estate construction timelines. The role is responsible for planning, integration, delivery, reporting, and performance to ensure delivery of defined outcomes.

Contract & Location

• W2 Contract for 6+ months (potential to extend or convert to full-time)
• 100% Remote
• Must live in EST or CST (US)

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage program/project delivery using an appropriate project management methodology to ensure intended outcomes.
• Coordinate and manage integration and implementation across interdependent workstreams.
• Communicate action plans aligned to function strategy, business goals, and organizational mission/vision.
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans to establish positive relationships and ensure appropriate stakeholder “share of voice.”
• Translate business needs into solution recommendations at a business unit level.
• Lead improvement and transformational change efforts within span of control, using structured change management to build acceptance and embed culture/behaviors.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints, escalating as needed and driving solutions.
• Define and run execution plans to disseminate innovative capabilities across businesses (e.g., idea generation platforms, jam sessions, hackathons).
• Manage program review processes and provide accurate, relevant updates and recommendations at review checkpoints.
• Build team capability by mentoring/coaching program managers and supporting assessment, training, and coaching.
• Maintain awareness of relevant technology, regulations, and industry best practices.

• Hardware refreshes and implementation/decommission

• Other real estate-related programs tied to partner construction timelines
• Delivery in an Agile product delivery model

Requirements

• Technical grounding in areas such as hardware and networks
• Experience managing multiple initiatives/workstreams concurrently
• Strong vendor management skills
• Ability to operate in an Agile product delivery model
• Background in retail is preferred
