About the role
Role Overview
Senior Program Manager for StreetEasy Product Ops, leading Product Operations for the Product and Design teams. The role is responsible for designing and evolving the product development operating model so planning, execution, and learning keep pace with customer, partner, and business goals—while integrating AI into the way the team builds products.
What You’ll Do
- Design, operate, and improve StreetEasy’s product development operating system, including:
- planning and coordination rhythms
- decision-making forums
- mechanisms for visibility into progress, outcomes, and risks
- Lead quarterly and annual planning, ensuring alignment across Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, Strategy, and Support.
- Create clear decision pathways and accountability models from discovery through delivery and learning (ownership, sequencing, success criteria).
- Partner with Product and Design leaders to improve how ideas move from insight to shipped value, reducing friction and increasing predictability.
- Align with Zillow-wide Product Operations/Program Management by evaluating and adopting shared PDLC standards, while tailoring to StreetEasy’s NYC needs.
- Improve cross-functional execution by navigating competing incentives, legacy practices, and resistance to change.
- Champion AI-enabled ways of working by embedding practical AI and automation into planning, coordination, and execution workflows to improve clarity, efficiency, and decision quality.
Who You Are
- 8+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or product management supporting complex, cross-functional, product-led teams.
