Senior Program Manager - REMOTE

Role overview

You will lead enterprise-wide programs and complex projects that impact multiple business units. Acting as part of a centralized execution engine, you will translate strategic goals into actionable plans and ensure successful delivery within timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs and complex projects, especially challenging initiatives
• Build, motivate, and support project team members to achieve project goals
• Own the full project lifecycle from initiation to deployment
• Create detailed project plans and estimates for all project phases
• Provide communication and operational reviews across the portfolio/program/project activities
• Coordinate with resource managers to secure adequate project resources
• Gather detailed requirements and define success criteria to ensure correct scope
• Monitor and track outcomes, including risks, dependencies, and deliverables
• Deliver regular status updates on milestones and critical path items

Requirements

• 5+ years of Program/Project Management experience
• Proven experience delivering product/services from concept to launch
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, SDLC)
• Strong leadership and motivational skills across organizational levels
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentations)
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience using project management tools/software
