Senior Program Manager, Product Operations for a fast-scaling digital payments organization. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of high-impact strategic and operational initiatives (from problem framing through delivery and measurement).
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and GTM to align priorities and execute across multiple workstreams.
• Define problem statements, hypotheses, and business cases to guide decision-making and executive alignment.
• Build and maintain operational frameworks, governance models, and performance tracking systems to improve execution velocity and accountability.
• Analyze key business drivers, market dynamics, and customer insights; use competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and risks.
• Design and implement scalable processes and automation solutions, leveraging AI tools to reduce manual overhead.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, and business functions (fintech, crypto, financial services, or high-growth tech).
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments by structuring unclear problems into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills; can influence senior leaders across multiple disciplines without direct authority.
• Strong analytical/quantitative skills; ability to build models, interpret data, and make data-informed decisions.
• Demonstrated experience building scalable operational processes, governance structures, and execution frameworks.
• Strong communication skills to simplify complexity and align diverse teams.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms to improve productivity and operational execution.
