Senior Program Manager, Product Operations for a fast-scaling digital payments organization. This high-impact, cross-functional role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and business operations, driving strategic initiatives that improve operational efficiency and customer experience at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of high-impact strategic and operational initiatives (from problem framing through delivery and measurement).
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and GTM to align priorities and execute across multiple workstreams.
- Define problem statements, hypotheses, and business cases to guide decision-making and executive alignment.
- Build and maintain operational frameworks, governance models, and performance tracking systems to improve execution velocity and accountability.
- Analyze key business drivers, market dynamics, and customer insights; use competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and risks.
- Design and implement scalable processes and automation solutions, leveraging AI tools to reduce manual overhead.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, and business functions (fintech, crypto, financial services, or high-growth tech).
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments by structuring unclear problems into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills; can influence senior leaders across multiple disciplines without direct authority.
- Strong analytical/quantitative skills; ability to build models, interpret data, and make data-informed decisions.
- Demonstrated experience building scalable operational processes, governance structures, and execution frameworks.
- Strong communication skills to simplify complexity and align diverse teams.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms to improve productivity and operational execution.
