Senior Program Manager (iGaming) — Remote

You will lead high-impact, cross-functional programs at the center of a fast-evolving, high-revenue industry where speed and reliability matter. The role includes driving platform launches, partner integrations, and regulatory expansion in a compliance-heavy environment.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale cross-functional programs end-to-end
Drive platform launches and partner integrations (including external vendors/enterprise integrations)
Support regulatory expansion and navigate compliance-heavy environments
Bring structure to complex, fast-moving initiatives
Manage dependencies, risks, and competing priorities
Align internal teams and external partners; handle escalation and reporting
Coordinate across engineering, product, and external partners

Required skills & experience

7+ years in Technical Program Management (or similar)
Proven success delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
Collaboration with Engineering and Product teams in Agile environments
Experience managing external partners/vendors and enterprise integrations
Solid understanding of APIs, system architecture, and platform development
Strong executive communication and presentation skills
Experience using Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet (or similar)

Nice-to-have

Experience in regulated industries (fintech, gaming, healthcare)
Familiarity with PMO structures and enterprise frameworks
Experience leading B2B/B2C partner integrations or platform rollouts
Exposure to payment systems or compliance workflows
PMP / PMI-ACP / SAFe (or similar) certification
Experience managing 20+ stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Business, or related field
