About the role

Role Overview

Senior Program Manager supporting a high-visibility initiative tied to a large RFI effort. This is a fully remote role working standard EST business hours, beginning as a 6-month contract with strong potential for extension/contract-to-hire.

Responsibilities

Drive program coordination and execution for a large-scale RFI initiative
Partner with internal leadership, delivery teams, and external stakeholders
Maintain alignment across scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery readiness
Support Agile delivery practices alongside the Scrum Master and development teams
Facilitate communication and accountability across cross-functional stakeholders
Participate in strategic planning and solution development discussions
Monitor risks, dependencies, and overall program health
Help establish scalable program management processes as the organization grows
Attend executive/stakeholder meetings and drive action items to completion

Requirements

10+ years of program management experience
Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives in Agile environments
Comfortable working with executive leadership and senior technical teams
Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO)
Familiarity with Aha!
