Senior Program Manager

Role overview

Join Mirantis as a Senior Program Manager to drive key initiatives in the AI cloud era. You will lead programs from concept to execution, coordinating cross-functional teams and communicating progress to executive leadership.

Key missions

• Run strategic programs through a concept → commit → execution lifecycle, shaping and validating initiatives at the concept stage.
• Maintain program alignment across R&D, engineering, product management, and sales, connecting technical delivery to commercial outcomes.
• Coordinate closely with other program leaders to gather inputs, resolve overlaps, and manage dependencies across programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear executive updates, including program health, tradeoffs, and risks.
• Drive outcomes through influence in a matrixed organization.
• Ensure programs you run are completed successfully with accountability for results.

Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication across technical and executive audiences.
• Proven success driving results through influence across engineering, product, and go-to-market stakeholders.
• Collaboration mindset with strong ownership for outcomes.
• Technical background sufficient to engage in architecture discussions and ask credible engineering questions; experience ideally involving Kubernetes, GPU infrastructure, and cloud platforms.
• 8+ years in program management or technical program management for enterprise infrastructure software.
• Experience with structured program lifecycles (e.g., concept-to-commit-to-execution, stage-gate).
• PMP/PgMP (or equivalent) certification, or a demonstrated track record making certification less critical.
• Prior hands-on technical role (engineering, solutions architecture, or similar).

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience across adjacent technical systems involving AI/cloud infrastructure (e.g., GPUs, Kubernetes ecosystems).
