Senior Program Manager

Role Overview

Kforce is seeking a Remote Senior Program Manager to lead and deliver key programs in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage priorities, monitor risks, and ensure successful delivery of business and technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple projects and program workstreams
• Support planning, prioritization, and execution of business and technology initiatives
• Track program progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution
• Facilitate communication between business, technical, and leadership teams
• Support change management, rollout activities, and stakeholder engagement
• Prepare status updates, reports, and presentations for leadership

Requirements

• Strong program or project management experience
• Experience in technology-driven/digital environments
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as:
  • Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet (or similar)
• Understanding of product development and delivery processes
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage competing priorities and operate in ambiguity
• Ability to create and interpret reports, dashboards, and program metrics
