Role Overview
Senior Program Manager supporting a rapidly growing, innovation-driven organization through complex global real estate initiatives. The role oversees lease administration, vendor coordination, and process optimization across international locations, collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage and administer leases across a large global portfolio (document organization, tracking key dates, renewals, and coordination with legal/finance)
- Oversee global commercial real estate vendors and ensure consistent site management practices across multiple regions
- Lead cross-functional initiatives for process standardization, operational improvements, and portfolio optimization
- Perform space planning analyses, utilization reporting, and consolidation studies to inform long-term site strategy
- Analyze real estate and facilities data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities; present actionable insights to leadership
- Support annual budget planning and forecasting for global facilities/real estate operations
- Partner with senior leadership to align departmental priorities with broader organizational goals
- Prepare executive-level presentations and communications on portfolio strategy, lease management, and operational performance
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in real estate, facilities management, or related fields with exposure to global portfolio operations
- Strong experience managing domestic and international lease agreements, including interpreting complex terms and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to lead programs and coordinate cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Advanced PowerPoint and executive presentation skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills; high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Ability to travel occasionally domestically and internationally
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and meet applicable compliance/export control requirements
