Role Overview

Senior Program Manager (EPMO) for a complex enterprise environment. This is a non-standard program management role focused on overseeing cross-functional portfolios and driving organizational transformation.

Responsibilities

Provide oversight of multiple interconnected enterprise programs within a complex organization
Manage cross-program dependencies, risks, and executive governance forums
Partner with senior leadership to align delivery to enterprise strategy
Establish consistency in execution standards, reporting, and overall program health across portfolios
Drive organizational readiness and change management to support program adoption

Requirements

7+ years in enterprise program management, PMO leadership, or strategic transformation
Demonstrated leadership of large-scale cross-functional initiatives (portfolio/enterprise level, not only individual projects)
Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Finance or transformation background strongly preferred

Nice to Have

PMP, Lean, Agile, or related certifications
