Senior Program Manager

Role Overview

The Senior Program Manager will lead and coordinate strategic initiatives across Adobe’s Consumer Trust Organization, focusing on fraud detection and trust & safety operations. This is a six-month contract role supporting programmatic strategy, automation, and portfolio optimization for fraud and consumer trust programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio management across fraud and consumer trust programs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
• Drive automation and optimization strategies to improve program efficiency and impact.
• Coordinate planning, budgeting, and resource allocation across the Consumer Trust portfolio.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Legal, Security, Privacy, Platform Engineering, Product Hardening, and Corporate Communications.
• Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to track performance and surface actionable insights.

Required Qualifications

• Strong strategic thinking and prioritization; ability to manage complex portfolios aligned to organizational goals.
• Proven experience in program and portfolio management, including leading cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders and drive consensus.
• Strong analytical and operational rigor: synthesize data, identify trends, and support continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently, proactively identifying opportunities for impact.
