About the role

Role Overview

Join Coinbase’s Legal Operations team as a Senior Program Manager (Contracts & Analytics). You will own the strategic direction and continuous optimization of Coinbase’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) ecosystem, defining what gets built, shaping the technical vision for contracting workflows, and driving AI enablement across the team.

Key Missions

Own CLM strategy and optimization: Set the in-house build roadmap and drive ongoing improvements to the CLM ecosystem.
Lead in-house workflow development: Deliver contracting solutions beyond standard SaaS configuration by partnering with Enterprise Architecture and Engineering.
Drive AI enablement for Legal Operations: Identify high-impact automation opportunities, run proof of concepts, and drive adoption through trainings, office hours, and enablement programs.
Partner cross-functionally: Work with Institutional Sales, Enterprise Architecture, and Engineering to ensure contracting infrastructure scales with business needs and delivers measurable gains in speed, compliance, and insight.

Responsibilities

Define contracting workflow vision, requirements, and success metrics.
Manage the technology roadmap and backlog, including build-vs-buy decisions and scoping in-house development.
Design and improve CLM workflows, templates, and reporting capabilities.
Ensure responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to produce business-ready outputs.

Requirements

8+ years of program/project management experience in Legal Operations, contract management, or technology-driven operations.
Demonstrated ability to drive AI/automation adoption, including evaluating tools, building proof of concepts, and leading enablement.
Working knowledge of legal technology and AI-driven contract review tools, including experience with data extraction, metadata management, and building reporting frameworks as a system of record.
Expert-level hands-on CLM experience, with Ironclad required (workflow design, template management, reporting, and integration planning).

Nice-to-Haves

Experience integrating CLM with Salesforce or other enterprise platforms.
Proven experience building insight and analytics layers over contracting data.
