Role Overview
Senior Program Manager, Commercial will oversee a complex creative portfolio, balancing people, time, and budget across multiple initiatives in a fast-moving, high-visibility environment. The role blends strategic portfolio management with hands-on program leadership to drive execution on high-priority, cross-functional work.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end oversight of a creative portfolio, optimizing allocation and workload across campaigns.
- Monitor portfolio health, proactively adjusting scope, resources, and priorities to reduce risk, prevent burnout, and maintain operational stability.
- Lead complex, high-visibility programs across creative disciplines, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Create and maintain structured program plans (milestones, dependencies, risk tracking, governance routines).
- Build dashboards, reporting tools, and forecasting models covering capacity, utilization, and financial performance.
- Design and evolve portfolio management frameworks for intake, prioritization, and resource allocation.
- Partner with senior leadership to translate business objectives into operational plans and improve creative operations/workflows.
Requirements
- 8–10 years experience in creative operations, production management, program management, or studio operations in high-volume environments.
- Proven ability to manage portfolio-level oversight and deliver end-to-end complex, cross-functional programs.
- Strong capacity planning, resource forecasting, and operational optimization in creative/marketing contexts.
- Hands-on experience with program management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Workfront, or similar.
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills to model trade-offs and optimize resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with senior partners.
- Ability to maintain clarity and execution excellence in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
