Senior Program Manager

Role Overview

Capstone is seeking a Senior Principal Program Manager (role #9533) for a 6-month contract assignment at Autodesk with a high likelihood of extension. The role supports GTM (go-to-market) transformation work in a hybrid/remote setup across the US (preference for Denver, Portland, or SF Bay Area).

Contract Details

• Type: 6-month contract (high likelihood of extension)
• Compensation: $74.00/hr (W2)
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Roth IRA
• Work hours: Flexible between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Time
• Eligibility: US Citizen or Green Card only (no C2C/1099/visa sponsorship)

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end GTM transformation strategy across cross-functional teams.
• Act as the integration layer across highly interdependent workstreams.
• Establish integrated program plans, operating cadences, and risk tracking/governance.
• Convert ambiguous problems into actionable frameworks and a structured roadmap.
• Synthesize complexity into concise, executive-ready recommendations.
• Manage and support mindset/tooling changes for Sales, Marketing, and/or Customer Success.
• Influence VP/executive-level stakeholders in the absence of direct authority.

Requirements (Must-Have)

• 10+ years in management consulting, strategic PMO, and/or GTM transformation.
• Program management experience within a global SaaS environment.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional enterprise transformations.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint for executive storytelling.
• Experience with multi-project tools (Airtable preferred).
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence senior stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Prosci Change Management experience.
• Facilitation experience.
• PMP certification.
