Senior Product/UX Designer B2B SaaS REMOTE (m/f/d)

Role Overview

Senior Product/UX Designer for a B2B SaaS product (remote). You will translate business goals and regulatory guidance into clear product requirements and user experiences, and lead the end-to-end development of a digital product line from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goals and user needs
• Translate strategic priorities into user-centric product requirements and user stories
• Prioritize requirements and features by impact, effort, and user benefit
• Design and facilitate workshops with customers and users (B2B SaaS)
• Create and document wireframes, workflows, and prototypes to enable collaboration with the development team
• Coordinate with developers, QA, and designers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, partners, and internal teams
• Communicate progress, challenges, and insights effectively

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, UX design, or similar roles
• Strong UX design skills, including wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
• Experience with complex, data-heavy applications and/or enterprise software
• Proven track record delivering successful digital products
• Strong English communication skills
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; willingness to engage with regulatory topics

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in regulated domains and/or complex compliance contexts (implied by regulatory guidance requirement)
