Role Overview

Senior Product Owner - SEO at Growth Leads. Own the success of a flagship, SEO-led product from launch through scale, combining deep SEO expertise with product ownership, strategy, and hands-on execution. The role also includes profit sharing tied to product performance.

Responsibilities

  • Product Ownership & Strategy: Own the product roadmap end-to-end (launch to scaling), with autonomy over strategic decisions.
  • Team Building & Leadership: Build and scale a high-performing team from scratch; recruit and establish a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • SEO-Led Growth: Drive organic visibility and traffic growth across target keywords and markets.
  • Hands-On Execution: Work directly on critical tasks early on (e.g., content optimization and technical implementation), transitioning into broader oversight as the team grows.
  • Performance & Optimization: Own key metrics and continuously test/analyze/optimize for traffic, conversions, and revenue.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with content, development, and marketing to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Innovation & Experimentation: Identify growth opportunities and implement learnings in response to algorithm and market changes.

Requirements

  • Proven track record scaling SEO-driven products/websites with measurable traffic and revenue growth.
  • Deep SEO expertise across content, technical SEO, and off-page SEO.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and ability to build from the ground up.
  • Hands-on approach (comfortable executing, not only delegating).
  • Leadership experience hiring, developing, and inspiring high performers.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Lead generation & affiliate marketing knowledge, including conversion optimization.
  • iGaming industry experience is a strong advantage.
