Senior Product Owner for Promo Tools & Player Engagement at Playson, responsible for owning the roadmap and execution of promo mechanics that drive retention and operator performance.

What you’ll do

• Own and develop the Promo Tools roadmap (e.g., Jackpots, Tournaments, Free Spins, Short Races, and other engagement features).
• Define and optimize promo mechanics using data-driven insights, market research, and A/B testing.
• Analyze player engagement metrics and iterate continuously to maximize retention and operator success.
• Research industry trends and competitor offerings to keep promo tools market-leading.
• Collaborate with commercial and technical teams to define business requirements, prioritize development, and launch new features.
• Lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders to execute the product vision.
• Present strategies and roadmaps to C-level executives to drive strategic alignment and business growth.

What you need to succeed

• 3–4+ years as a Product Owner in B2B iGaming (real-money slots).
• Proven experience delivering promo mechanics (e.g., Jackpots, Free Spins, Missions, Cash Blast).
• Strong analytical mindset: define KPIs, run A/B tests, and optimize player engagement features.
• Deep understanding of player psychology and promo tool effectiveness.
• Strategic problem-solving: translate business needs into actionable promo solutions.
• Experience presenting product strategy and performance to senior stakeholders/C-level.
• Excellent communication skills to align teams and drive execution.
