About the role

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Operations Manager, you will drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the product organization. You’ll partner with Product and Technology leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and evolve processes that help teams deliver high-impact products efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Own and improve release operations across all products to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
Refine product development and release processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Define and govern Jira workflow standards for Product and Engineering using a consistent system of record.
Track operational metrics and insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts and lead initiatives through influence.
Support product user analytics and engagement, ensuring reliable usage data for reporting, adoption analysis, and user behavior insights.
Troubleshoot issues related to tagging, QA instrumentation, and downstream reporting accuracy.
Enable Pendo administration and tagging across the platform (feature tags, validation of implementation accuracy, maintaining consistent tracking standards and naming conventions).
Assess and deploy new tools used across the product org (e.g., portfolio, roadmapping, reporting/dashboarding tools).

Requirements

7+ years experience in product management, program management, operations, or owning and driving organizational processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a positive, can-do approach.
Experience using Jira as the system of record for product/engineering roadmap work.
Process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and measurable outcomes.
Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
Comfortable balancing process evolution with hands-on work “in the weeds” when needed.

Nice to Have

Pendo administration experience (or similar product experience analytics tools).
Experience using tools for portfolio/roadmapping/reporting and deploying new org-wide tooling.

Collaboration & Leadership

Lead by influence and build strong relationships with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and other stakeholders.
