You’ll influence revenue strategy, build scalable messaging and workflow frameworks, and lead cross-functional alignment across Sales, Product, Enablement, and Customer Success.
Key missions
- Strategic narrative & positioning: Evangelize the product/solution narrative by connecting market trends, customer pain points, and competitive gaps to company-level positioning.
- Scalable messaging frameworks: Build frameworks for messaging development so PMMs and cross-functional teams can align on differentiated value propositions, proof points, and market readiness.
- Full-cycle GTM ownership: Own the GTM strategy from positioning and launch sequencing through sales readiness and market measurement.
- Cross-functional stakeholder alignment: Proactively align stakeholders across Sales, Product, Enablement, and CS around shared goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional customer segmentation efforts.
- Leverage AI tools to design scalable workflows.
- Present and influence stakeholders, including C-suite and senior Sales leadership.

- Strong strategic instincts linking product capabilities to business outcomes and revenue strategy.
- Cross-functional instincts to align teams without formal authority.
- Proficiency with tools including Gong, Salesforce, Seismic, and Tableau.
- B2B SaaS experience, ideally with complex products and multiple buyer personas.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Executive presence and strong communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in platform/suite positioning for complex B2B products.
