Role overview

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager (Payments) at Socure, you will develop and execute product marketing strategies for workforce-focused solutions, with a dedicated focus on Socure’s new Payments product.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and growth for workforce-focused solutions, especially the Payments product.
• Conduct market research, support product launches, and ensure product capabilities align with customer needs.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market (GTM) plans.
• Create sales enablement materials and develop customer-facing content highlighting the Payments product impact.
• Track, analyze, and interpret product and campaign performance metrics and market trends.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of product marketing, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven project management and organizational abilities; manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Adaptability, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaboration and relationship-building across cross-functional teams.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing/marketing (or related), preferably in payments.
• Payments space experience bringing products to market is required.
