About the role
Role Overview
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Ontra, you will own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the company’s flagship contract automation offering and support adjacent products. You’ll act as the internal expert, with deep focus on the private equity ecosystem and the customer pain points behind contract automation.
Key Missions
- Develop a deep understanding of:
- the private equity ecosystem
- contract automation and adjacent Ontra offerings
- the competitive landscape
- Lead planning and execution of GTM strategy for contract automation services and adjacent offerings, including:
- positioning and messaging
- launch coordination
- Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Enablement/Training to:
- bring new capabilities to market
- drive pipeline
- support cross-sell and upsell motions
Requirements
- 7+ years of product marketing (or related) experience, ideally across B2B SaaS and services
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution (e.g., writing copy, running analyses, shipping programs)
- Strong AI fluency and an experimental test-and-learn mindset
- Proven GTM ownership end-to-end: research/positioning → launch → enablement → adoption
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Experience marketing to legal, financial services, or enterprise buyers; knowledge of GCs, Legal Ops, or deal teams is a plus
- Experience with, or strong exposure to, the private equity ecosystem and fast learning of complex industries
- Strong storytelling skills to translate technical capabilities into audience-specific narratives
