Role overview

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager (HR products) at Deel, you will own go-to-market (GTM) strategy, messaging, and campaign execution for Deel’s HR offerings. You’ll identify market opportunities, align positioning with customer needs, and use performance data to optimize results.

Key missions

Develop and execute GTM strategies for Deel’s HR products to support revenue and growth goals.
Identify market opportunities and customer segments to drive adoption.
Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to ensure positioning matches customer needs and competitive insights.

Responsibilities

Craft compelling positioning and storytelling for HR products.
Measure and optimize campaign performance using data analysis.
Advocate for customer needs in product development discussions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

7+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS (go-to-market execution).
Strong skills in positioning, storytelling, and GTM execution.
Data-driven mindset: analyze metrics and optimize campaigns.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced setting.
Experience working with Lifecycle marketing teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Nice to have

Experience in payroll/HR tech product marketing.
Strong understanding of domestic payroll processes and compliance requirements.
