Senior Product Marketing Manager

Role Overview

Join Grindr as a Senior Product Marketing Manager and help shape and amplify the core user experience. You’ll lead go-to-market strategy, influence product direction, and ensure the voice of users is reflected in what the team builds.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize insights from customers, the market, and competitors to produce actionable recommendations for Grindr’s core product experience.
• Own go-to-market for product launches, including:
  • naming
  • messaging
  • positioning
  • campaign narratives
• Drive strategy across the full user journey, from awareness and onboarding through engagement, reactivation, and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute lifecycle and growth strategies and share work with executive leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience delivering successful go-to-market, engagement, and growth strategies.
• 5+ years specifically in product marketing, ideally in tech or dating apps.
• Strong analytical skills to turn data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Deep lifecycle expertise (acquisition → onboarding → engagement/retention → reactivation).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including comfort presenting to executives.
• Product marketing mindset: distill complex products into clear value propositions; build messaging hierarchy and GTM plans.
• Self-starter: proactive, organized, collaborative, and able to simplify complexity and drive delivery.

• Experience in the tech or dating app industry is specifically preferred.
