About the role
Role Overview
Senior Product Marketing Manager at Grafana Labs (full remote). You will own go-to-market programs, craft positioning and messaging, and partner closely with product management and enablement—blending strategic planning with hands-on execution.
Key Missions
- Create and run Go-To-Market (GTM) programs that effectively position Grafana Labs’ product value.
- Own messaging and positioning across key personas and product domains.
- Partner actively with Product Leaders / Product Management to define product value, messaging, and market strategy.
Responsibilities
- Execute GTM planning and packaging to drive adoption and impact.
- Translate technical value into clear, compelling communications for both customers and sellers.
- Lead or co-lead product/feature launches from start to finish.
- Use quantitative analysis to evaluate performance and optimize recommendations.
Requirements
- 5+ years relevant experience (e.g., product marketing, solutions marketing, or product management).
- Strong product/technical curiosity with the ability to turn it into packaging, positioning, and messaging.
- Ability to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in complex processes.
- Demonstrated quantitative analytical skills for campaign performance and lifecycle metrics.
- Experience marketing and selling to a technical audience.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end.
- Ability to clearly articulate the value of technical products to customers and sellers.
