Senior Product Marketing Manager

Role Overview

Grafana Labs is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager (Full remote) to build go-to-market (GTM) programs, lead product and feature launches, and partner cross-functionally to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute GTM programs that effectively communicate the value of Grafana Labs products.
• Partner with Product leaders/Chief Product Officers to define product value, messaging, and launch strategy.
• Lead the launch of new products and relevant features for targeted buyers.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to navigate complex processes.
• Analyze campaign and lifecycle performance, then recommend data-driven improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience (Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing, or Product Management).
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders and drive complex projects from start to finish.
• Proven experience marketing and selling to a technical audience.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate the value of technical products to customers and sellers.
• Quantitative skills for evaluating campaign performance and lifecycle metrics.
• Passion for open source, cloud-native, and infrastructure technologies.
