Senior Product Marketing Manager

Role overview

Join CoLab as a Senior Product Marketing Manager. You’ll translate company positioning and product strategy into impactful launches and messaging that resonate with engineering teams. You’ll collaborate across Product Management, Customer Success, and Marketing to take new capabilities to market.

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally to develop and execute tactical launch plans for new product capabilities
• Own messaging for product features and bundled releases, including:
  • launch emails
  • conference talks
  • presentations
  • social posts
• Build competitive expertise and support high-stakes competitive deals by reviewing and elevating marketing messaging
• Create educational content for Sales and Customer Success
• Contribute to ongoing product content

Requirements

• Strong ability to create clarity from ambiguity and turn vague ideas into concrete launch plans with clear messaging and next steps
• Comfort learning complex technical domains and explaining them precisely (not just buzzwords)
• Enjoys fast-paced marketing with quick, frequent iterations
• Deep concern for whether work lands with customers and internal teams
• Sees strategic guardrails as a way to align stakeholders
• Asks sharp questions and respectfully pushes for clarity
• Strategic product marketing experience + hands-on tactical execution
• 5–7+ years total professional experience in B2B software or manufacturing, including 2+ years in product marketing
• Experience with customer research and using data/insights to inform product and GTM strategy
• Ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders
• Track record improving customer and pipeline outcomes via positioning/messaging, campaign planning, execution, and thought leadership
