Role Overview

Senior Product Marketing Manager for Banking & Capital Markets at Chainlink Labs (full remote). You will define and own commercial narratives that bring institutional financial workflows on-chain, partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, and GTM to connect technical innovation to real financial use cases.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own commercial narratives that bring institutional financial workflows onto the blockchain.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for key initiatives across:
- institutional data
- payments
- treasury
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and broader GTM teams to link technical innovation to real-world financial applications.

Requirements

Experience at a global bank, financial data provider, payments network, or institutional fintech platform.
Proven ability to translate complex technical systems into clear enterprise/institutional messaging.
Strong cross-functional influence across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
Strong understanding of institutional financial workflows, including at least one:
- data licensing/distribution
- payments and settlement
- treasury operations
- regulated data/privacy environments
6+ years in product marketing, product strategy, or related roles in banking/capital markets/enterprise financial infrastructure.
Experience owning and executing GTM for B2B SaaS, infrastructure, or platform products.
Demonstrated ability to develop positioning, narratives, and sales enablement for senior decision-makers.
Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure concepts such as smart contracts, tokenization, stablecoins, and interoperability.
Exposure to privacy-enhancing or regulated compliance environments (e.g., zero-knowledge proofs, MPC, TEEs).
Understanding of both buy-side and sell-side perspectives.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, globally distributed organization.

Deeper hands-on familiarity with privacy-enhancing technologies and regulated compliance workflows.
