Role Overview

Join Boulevard as a Senior Product Marketing Manager to define and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the company’s AI-powered capabilities and marketing tools. You’ll partner across product, growth, and customer impact to shape positioning and drive adoption across the customer base.

Key Missions

• Define and execute GTM strategy for new product capabilities, ensuring measurable adoption and revenue impact.
• Synthesize customer, market, and competitive insights to produce clear recommendations for how specific initiatives are positioned and launched.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality campaign assets and launch materials.

Requirements

• Strong craft and instincts across messaging, content, and creative execution.
• Proven ability to develop and execute integrated GTM strategies with measurable adoption and revenue outcomes.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and lead through influence in a fast-moving environment.
• Sharp strategic thinking and judgment; ability to use data to support recommendations and influence without direct authority.
• 5+ years product marketing experience in B2B SaaS with cross-functional, high-impact initiative leadership.
• Demonstrated experience bringing AI-powered products to market, including helping shape what gets built and how it fits into the broader platform experience.
• Strong platform-level positioning instincts, especially in vertical SaaS.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in vertical SaaS, particularly self-care (medspa, salon, or spa).
• Background marketing growth products such as CRM, marketing automation, or customer engagement tools.
• Familiarity with SMB to enterprise service/appointment-based industries.
