Senior Product Manager

Role Overview

Zeta Global is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead LLM Operations within its marketing technology platform. You’ll focus on agent chaining, model orchestration, and building marketer-friendly agentic tooling that bridges technical LLM complexity with user-friendly product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Agent Chaining & Orchestration: Design and manage processes for chaining LLM agents to support complex workflows, ensuring smooth orchestration and platform integration.
• Model Workbench: Lead development of a marketer-focused Model Workbench that enables non-technical users to leverage LLM capabilities.
• MCP Capabilities: Oversee Model Context Protocol (MCP) server registration and ongoing maintenance, ensuring capabilities are documented and easily accessible.
• Agent Evaluation Suites: Build and maintain evaluation suites to test and iteratively improve agent performance and reliability.
• Context Streaming Services: Implement context streaming to enable real-time data flow and contextual awareness during agent interactions.
• Troubleshooting & Prototyping: Use tools such as LangSmith to debug and troubleshoot; build proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate new ideas.
• Advocate for Fast Iteration: Promote rapid prototyping/iteration, including “vibe coding,” to accelerate scalable product development.

Requirements

• Product management experience managing complex technical products, especially LLM/AI-driven tools.
• Technical proficiency with hands-on experience using tools like LangSmith, plus familiarity with workflow orchestration and LLM agent chaining.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to troubleshoot and rapidly prototype to prove feasibility.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams and offshore developers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with agentic infrastructure (e.g., combining traditional ML with generative models for better explainability and interaction).
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools and methodologies.
