Senior Product Manager, Workday

Role Overview

Senior Product Manager on Zillow’s CoreTech team, delivering product strategy and execution for Zillow’s People Org. The role focuses on enhancing Workday across HR modules and improving both HR operations and the employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and translate business goals into outcome-driven Workday enhancements.
• Own and evolve the Workday roadmap; balance near-term operational needs with long-term scalability, automation, and employee experience improvements.
• Lead end-to-end delivery: problem definition, requirements, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, testing, launch, and post-launch validation.
• Simplify HR processes, reduce friction, and improve Workday self-service across HR domains.
• Manage stakeholder alignment across all levels; proactively identify and resolve misalignment.
• Make roadmap decisions on when to scale, iterate, or sunset products.
• Partner with HR stakeholders plus Employee Service Center and Operations to design and scale sustainable Workday processes globally.
• Communicate clearly using product briefs, demos, status updates, and executive-ready storytelling.

Required Qualifications

• Experienced Senior Product Manager.
• Experience with at least one Workday HR area among: Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Core HCM, Talent Acquisition.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience across multiple Workday modules.
• Experience applying AI or automation within HR systems or Workday Extend.

Location / Work Setup

• Remote role (no permanent corporate office). U.S. employees may live in any state with limited exceptions.
