About the role
Role Overview
(Senior) Product Manager (w/m/d) at Westernacher Solutions. You will take end-to-end responsibility for IT product lifecycle management and act as the key interface between customers, development teams, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own and steer the entire IT product lifecycle (architecture, further development, support, sales, and marketing)
- Serve as the central point of contact for the customer and coordinate with internal stakeholders
- Identify and analyze customer-specific requirements and translate them into epics and user stories
- Evaluate technical feasibility together with the development team
- Provide reporting to management and other relevant stakeholders
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
- 5+ years of experience in IT product management
- Experience creating business plans and business models
- Experience with introduction and operation of a software product
- Solid knowledge of Agile methods, ideally experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Technical Project Lead, or Software Architect
- Experience writing requirements for development teams (e.g., User Stories)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with distributed and interdisciplinary teams
- Fluent German and very good English

- Experience working with distributed teams (highlighted) and a strong product/technical collaboration background
