About the role

Role Overview

(Senior) Product Manager (w/m/d) at Westernacher Solutions. You will take end-to-end responsibility for IT product lifecycle management and act as the key interface between customers, development teams, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own and steer the entire IT product lifecycle (architecture, further development, support, sales, and marketing)
Serve as the central point of contact for the customer and coordinate with internal stakeholders
Identify and analyze customer-specific requirements and translate them into epics and user stories
Evaluate technical feasibility together with the development team
Provide reporting to management and other relevant stakeholders

Requirements

University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
5+ years of experience in IT product management
Experience creating business plans and business models
Experience with introduction and operation of a software product
Solid knowledge of Agile methods, ideally experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Technical Project Lead, or Software Architect
Experience writing requirements for development teams (e.g., User Stories)
Strong communication skills and ability to work with distributed and interdisciplinary teams
Fluent German and very good English

Experience working with distributed teams (highlighted) and a strong product/technical collaboration background
