Senior Product Manager (Virtual Agents and Capacity Intelligence)

Role Overview

Senior Product Manager for Virtual Agents and Capacity Intelligence at ServiceTitan. You will lead product strategy and execution end-to-end, working with a team to launch new offerings that improve product-market fit and grow market share.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a product team to launch new products and improve market fit and market share
• Own the entire product development lifecycle (from market research to go-to-market)
• Define and achieve KPIs that measure both customer impact and business results
• Create and execute product vision for Capacity Management and AI Virtual Agents
• Use tools, customers, and data—plus subject matter experts—to extract actionable insights
• Drive cross-functional alignment and consensus across research and development and beyond

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant product management experience (SaaS strongly preferred)
• Customer-focused, data-driven approach to measuring success and quantifying outcomes
• General Manager mindset; MBA desired
• Strong execution against ambitious schedule milestones with attention to quality and detail
• Excellent communication skills, including translating complex information into executive summaries
• Strong EQ and stakeholder empathy; ability to balance perspectives and make trade-offs
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments and bring clarity

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI / machine learning (ML) and IoT
• Track record delivering industry-transforming solutions across web and mobile
• Related graduate degree preferred
