About the role

Role Overview

Join Vetcove as a Senior Product Manager to enhance and scale the platforms powering veterinary clinics and pet parents. You’ll own high-impact product initiatives end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap through execution and post-launch optimization.

Responsibilities

Drive product strategy & roadmap: Define and own strategy for key platform areas, translating company goals and customer insights into a prioritized roadmap.
Lead complex initiatives: Run cross-functional projects from discovery through launch and iteration, ensuring on-time delivery and measurable impact.
Turn feedback & data into action: Synthesize qualitative feedback and quantitative data to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and guide decisions.
Optimize product performance: Establish and monitor KPIs, analyze performance trends, and lead initiatives to improve adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue outcomes.
Strengthen cross-functional alignment: Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Onboarding, Support, and internal partners to align scope, tradeoffs, and success metrics.
Elevate product documentation & processes: Create PRDs, user stories, and technical specifications to ensure clarity and execution.
Ensure high-quality delivery: Lead robust quality assurance processes and remove roadblocks affecting growth and retention.
Build stakeholder relationships: Work with external stakeholders including veterinary clinics and pet parents.

Team / Collaboration

Work closely with account managers, onboarding associates, engineering, data, design, and support, bridging product and users through ongoing insights.
