Role Overview

Senior Product Manager responsible for enhancing and scaling the platforms that power veterinary clinics and pet parents. Own high-impact product initiatives end-to-end, driving strategy through execution and continuous improvement post-launch.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own product strategy for key platform areas, translating company goals and customer insights into a prioritized roadmap.
  • Lead Complex Initiatives: Manage large cross-functional projects from discovery through launch and iteration, ensuring on-time delivery and measurable impact.
  • Turn Feedback & Data into Action: Synthesize qualitative and quantitative input to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and support strategic decisions.
  • Optimize Product Performance: Set and monitor KPIs, analyze performance trends, and lead initiatives to improve adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue outcomes.
  • Strengthen Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with engineering, design, data, onboarding, and support on requirements, scope, tradeoffs, and success metrics.
  • Elevate Product Documentation & Processes: Produce PRDs, user stories, and technical specifications to ensure clarity and execution.
  • Ensure High-Quality Delivery: Lead robust QA processes and remove roadblocks that impact customer growth and retention.
  • Build External Relationships: Collaborate with veterinary clinics and pet parents to understand needs and improve the experience.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Experience owning product initiatives end-to-end (strategy → execution → post-launch optimization).
  • Strong ability to drive cross-functional alignment and lead complex initiatives.
  • Comfort using data and feedback to inform product decisions and validate hypotheses.
  • Ability to monitor product performance with KPIs and improve adoption/engagement/retention.
  • Strong product documentation skills (PRDs, user stories, specs).

Nice-to-haves

  • Domain interest in veterinary care or health-tech / pet-parent experiences.
  • Experience working with external stakeholders such as customers/clinics and operational teams.
