Senior Product Manager

Role Overview

Senior Product Manager responsible for building, launching, and growing product capabilities for Veeva’s Clinical Database (CDB) application for Clinical Trials.

What You’ll Do

• Own and design product features end-to-end, including:
  • user stories
  • functional & non-functional requirements
  • feature specifications
  • quality control checks
• Interview customers and industry experts to understand business needs and pursue problems.
• Manage feature prioritization within your product area.
• Write high-quality design specifications using an Agile methodology, aligned with industry and downstream systems/customer requirements.
• Support release and sprint planning to deliver enhancements at the right time and in the right sequence.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps, and Product Management to ensure quality delivery.
• Build deep subject matter expertise in Clinical Trial Data requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management (or relevant experience).
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into simple, elegant solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
• Experience with data modeling.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Demonstrated expertise in product development and strategic planning.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to Have

• BS/MS/engineering degree (CS or engineering).
• Experience in the clinical trials industry.
