Senior Product Manager

Role Overview

Senior Product Manager — Developer Tooling (Remote, US) Own company-level objectives and work across multiple engineering teams (not a single backlog “lane”). Set direction in two-month horizons, stay nimble to react to industry shifts, and drive enhancements that support enterprise growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct enterprise customer calls to understand the root problems behind requests.
• Translate insights into crisp, compelling product specifications; writing is central in a remote, async-first environment.
• Partner cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ship improvements tied to metrics.
• Own features end-to-end: discovery → delivery → instrumentation/measurement.
• Work across the platform, including both core product areas and enterprise needs such as SSO, account management, and permissions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product experience in SaaS, with genuine end-to-end feature ownership.
• Exceptional writing skills: concise, content-rich, persuasive.
• Technical enough to understand developer workflows including CI/CD and the frontend ecosystem.
• Strong customer discovery skills that uncover root causes.
• Ability to pair discovery with product analytics for evidence-driven decisions.
• Strong execution mindset: hold strong opinions weakly, take critique well, and thrive in ambiguity.

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior background as a frontend or software engineer before moving into product.
• Real-time experience in developer tooling.
• Passion for UI, design, and the frontend world; actively uses what you build.
