Senior Product Manager

Role overview

As a Senior Product Manager (International Supply) at Trainline, you will own the end-to-end journey for bringing new markets onto the Trainline platform. You’ll work across two squads, partnering with Engineering, Design, Commercial, Legal, Finance, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver customer and business impact at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, scoping, and delivery of new market launches, owning product strategy from problem framing to customer-facing experience.
• Develop deep understanding of how new carriers and markets are integrated into the Trainline platform, ensuring platform complexity is invisible to customers.
• Make investment decisions across the supply portfolio, including:
  • where to deepen existing integrations,
  • where to improve what’s already live,
  • where to prioritize net-new market/carrier launches.
• Manage priorities across two squads, focusing deeply on the highest-impact areas.
• Define and track success metrics, using data to guide decisions throughout the product lifecycle.
• Partner with Commercial teams to understand market economics (e.g., commission structures and partner dynamics) and keep product decisions commercially grounded.
• Work across the product stack with Engineering, especially around API integrations with carrier and market partners.
• Embed AI tools and approaches into working methods to accelerate time-to-value.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, GTM, and Marketing to ensure new launches are set up for success from day one.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager launching or scaling products across multiple European markets.
• Strong ability to understand the customer problem end to end, including technical integration details and customer experience outcomes.
• Experience managing a portfolio of integrations/partnerships and using judgment to decide where to invest for maximum value.
