About the role

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager (Tokenization) at Zero Hash, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for tokenization. This is a high-visibility role that drives compliance, scalability, and product execution across asset coverage, institutional partnerships, regulatory positioning, and global expansion.

Responsibilities

Own the Tokenization roadmap and execution, prioritizing:
- New asset class support
- Issuance frameworks
- Tokenization lifecycle capabilities
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering to translate product requirements into production-ready systems spanning:
- EVM environments
- Permissioned chain environments
Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Risk to ensure tokenization flows meet regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
Define product requirements and coordinate delivery across engineering, operations, compliance, and legal.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Product Management
Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams
Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; ability to write SQL queries and analyze data
Proven ability to develop product strategy and go-to-market plans and communicate recommendations to executive management
Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including:
- Smart contract architecture
- Token standards (e.g., ERC-20, ERC-3643, Canton CIP standards)
- Issuance and settlement models
Strong background building API-based products
Experience with project management methodologies and tools, particularly Jira
Excellent written/verbal communication; can distill complex ideas into actionable tasks

Nice to Have

Experience building tokenization, digital securities, or stablecoin issuance products
Familiarity with EVM, Canton, and other permissioned chains
Background in capital markets, securities operations, or transfer agency
Startup experience
Prior experience in a software engineering or sales engineering-like role
