Senior Product Manager

Role: Senior Product Manager

You’ll own product outcomes across the full lifecycle for enterprise B2B SaaS products that transform complex retail and operational workflows into actionable intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with design, engineering, and ML teams to shape and deliver data-driven product capabilities.
• Work with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to understand enterprise needs, validate ideas, support adoption, and ensure commercial alignment.
• Convert complex multi-system operational workflows into simple, intelligent product experiences.
• Drive execution from concept → delivery → iteration with measurable outcomes.
• Analyze product performance and customer behavior to refine and improve solutions.
• Contribute to long-term product strategy and evolve Tightly’s retail intelligence vision.
• Advocate for quality, usability, and scalable design across the platform.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to simplify complex business and technical workflows.
• Excellent English proficiency and comfort collaborating with a global remote team across time zones.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, CS, Sales, and Marketing.
• High ownership and autonomy; strong stakeholder alignment and communication.
• User empathy and strong product intuition.

Nice to Have

• Experience in retail, commerce, operations, supply chain, or financial systems.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS/OMS and multi-system data flows.
• Experience with data-rich products or decision-support systems.
• Background in high-growth startups or remote-first teams.
