About the role

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager at Thread, you’ll lead engineers and designers to bring product ideas to life and partner with Growth and Marketing to launch. You’ll own product lines within Thread’s fastest-growing areas, including Voice and SMS communication support.

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap and priorities for your product lines.
Lead the full product lifecycle from concept through launch.
Drive product discovery using:
- user interviews
- competitive research
- data analysis
Collaborate with design and engineering to document, prototype, and deliver products.
Partner with Growth and Marketing to reach and engage MSP partners.

Requirements

7+ years of product management experience in SaaS or consumer software.
Background in a startup or high-growth tech company.
Strong communication skills and ability to influence across a remote-first team.
Proven leadership experience managing small, cross-functional teams.

Nice to Haves

Track record delivering customer-facing products with strong design and UX.
Radical problem-solving mindset and comfort with experimentation (including failure).
Experience working with high-velocity teams that ship frequently and iterate fast.
