Senior Product Manager, Tenant Scale

Role Overview

Senior Product Manager, Tenant Scale—partner company is building large-scale SaaS platform capabilities in a highly technical environment. You will lead product strategy and execution for scalability, tenant portability, and unified deployment models across complex cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and execution for tenant scale capabilities across technical teams and stakeholders.
• Translate complex infrastructure needs into actionable product plans and align distributed teams.
• Own the product roadmap for tenant scale and unified deployment capabilities, covering discovery through delivery and impact measurement.
• Define product requirements for scalable deployment platforms, including:
  • tenant portability
  • isolation
  • regional deployment needs
  • operational readiness
• Partner with engineering and technical stakeholders to turn platform constraints into clear priorities.
• Collaborate with infrastructure/platform product leaders to ensure cohesive product direction.
• Engage customers and internal stakeholders on requirements related to compliance, scalability, deployment flexibility, and reliability.
• Facilitate tradeoff discussions across scalability, architecture decisions, platform consistency, and long-term vision.
• Translate technical concepts into clear documentation, priorities, and execution plans.
• Establish alignment around milestones, deployment models, and product outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive Product Management experience delivering complex technical products.
• Proven experience managing products in technical domains such as:
  • infrastructure / cloud platforms
  • SaaS
  • software delivery
  • scalability
  • platform architecture
• Strong understanding of SaaS platform scalability, including:
  • multitenancy
  • horizontal scaling
  • workload isolation
  • autoscaling
  • production readiness
• Ability to collaborate with highly technical engineering teams and contribute to system design/architecture discussions.
• Experience prioritizing ambiguous problems and creating actionable roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence across product, engineering, UX, and business teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially explaining complex technical topics to diverse audiences.
