Senior Product Manager

Role Overview

Lead strategy and execution for Talkiatry’s internal product area, focused on operational infrastructure, workflow orchestration, and internal platform capabilities. You’ll partner across Clinical, Operations, Engineering, and Data to modernize workflows, improve onboarding, enable cross-system integrations, and introduce AI-powered tools that reduce manual work.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and execution for internal platforms and tooling supporting clinical and operational workflows
• Own and maintain a long-term roadmap for operational systems and internal platform capabilities
• Partner with Clinical and Operations to identify pain points and translate them into scalable product solutions
• Identify opportunities for AI and automation to improve efficiency and decision-making
• Contribute to emerging AI-powered capabilities and intelligence layers within internal tooling
• Balance short-term operational priorities with long-term platform investments and scalability
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data, Clinical, and Operations
• Manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment to deliver complex initiatives
• Define success metrics, set measurable goals, and use data to evaluate product impact
• Navigate ambiguity by breaking down complex operational/system challenges into actionable initiatives

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience in fast-paced, technology-driven environments
• Experience leading complex initiatives across multiple teams and systems
• Strong ability to develop product strategy, prioritize, and execute on long-term roadmaps
• Strong interest in AI-driven products for operational and workflow contexts
