About the role

Role Overview

Senior Product Manager for Data Network & Data Products within Lobster’s Product & Engineering department. You’ll work closely with the CPO and cross-functional teams to execute product strategy, lead product development cycles, and represent the voice of the customer.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve the product strategy for assigned product areas in collaboration with the CPO.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to find opportunities and ensure positioning matches customer needs.
Own and maintain the product roadmap with clear goals and timelines, aligned with Engineering Leads.
Collaborate with Product Marketing to support launches and ensure product messaging resonates.
Improve the product management process, ensuring tools and workflows are well-defined and effectively implemented.
Use data and analytics to prioritize features and optimize the product lifecycle.
Drive product launches and collaborate on go-to-market strategies with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

5+ years of Product Management experience.
Experience with digital products for supply chain and an affinity for Vertical AI.
Experience building a network and facilitating collaboration among network participants.
Experience with technical infrastructure software products, including on-premises deployment options.
Plus: experience with data integration.
Ability to deliver products from concept to launch and adoption through strong cross-functional collaboration.
Proven ability to use data and insights to drive decisions and improve products.
Familiarity with modern software development methodologies and effective collaboration with engineering teams.
Strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
English proficiency (required).
German is a plus.

Work Location / Logistics

Flexible work from home, plus hybrid or on-site options at HQs.
Open to specialists based in Germany, the Netherlands, or the UK.
Locations mentioned: Tutzing (Germany), Rotterdam (Netherlands), Leeds (UK), or remote within those countries.
