Senior Product Manager - Studio Team

Role overview

Restream is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead Studio, the company’s core product. You’ll own product direction end-to-end—taking features from idea through production in a small team working closely with the founding group.

Responsibilities

• Guide product direction: define requirements and ensure high-quality delivery
• Solve complex product problems with simple, elegant solutions
• Explore and prototype ideas using tools such as Figma, v0, Cursor, and Claude Code
• Contribute directly to production with full dev access
• Ship fast, learn, and iterate
• Use user insights to validate ideas and improve based on feedback
• Define and track metrics and performance, using data to make better decisions
• Collaborate with design, engineering, support, marketing, and sales to launch

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or product design experience in a SaaS company
• Demonstrated track record building, releasing, and scaling global consumer products
• Strong UX intuition and visual taste / attention to detail
• Ability to move fast, shift focus, and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Highly collaborative and results-oriented

Nice to have

• Experience in streaming, video, creator tools, or a design background

• Remote: Anywhere in the world, Europe-based indicated.
