Senior Product Manager

Role: Senior Product Manager

Own a critical internal platform at Spark that powers carrier contracting, commissions, and agency operations. This is a purpose-built product that encodes the operational intelligence behind Spark’s ability to scale.

What you’ll do

• Own key product areas related to scaling operations.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to define product specs, ship high-quality features, and drive adoption.
• Maintain a tight feedback loop with the operations team, treating ops as a first-class product constituency (with personas, workflows, and success metrics).
• Conduct user interviews, analyze product usage, and run experiments to find high-impact opportunities.
• Act as a domain subject matter expert and ensure alignment with broader product strategy.
• Bring clarity and structure to ambiguous problems and workstreams.

What we’re looking for

• Proven success managing a product domain (ideally B2B SaaS or platform products).
• Strong ability to write clear product specs and balance being scrappy vs rigorous.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating decisions and tradeoffs.
• Data-informed decision-making using dashboards, SQL, or close collaboration with data teams.
• Experience shipping across multiple launch cycles: setting goals, measuring impact, and iterating.
• Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments; strong ownership and independence.
• Deep empathy for diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Prior experience building internal tools or systems of record.
• Strong regulatory awareness relevant to the domain.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders, including C-level leadership at a Series B startup.
