Senior Product Manager

Role Overview

Senior Product Manager – AI & Inventory Management at Sortly. You’ll evolve Sortly’s core inventory management product into an AI-powered inventory operations platform that transforms how businesses manage operational workflows across multiple verticals.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI inventory roadmap (1–3 years): balance customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives.
• Define and prioritize high-impact capabilities, including:
  • inventory forecasting & replenishment
  • smart inventory insights & workflows
  • automated reconciliation & reporting
  • AI-driven workflow guidance
• Lead end-to-end product delivery for major initiatives (e.g., predictive recommendations, intelligent workflow automation, AI-guided operations).
• Write clear PRDs with jobs-to-be-done, user stories, acceptance criteria, success metrics, and AI-specific requirements.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data science on feature scoping, technical tradeoffs, and maintaining delivery velocity.
• Launch on aggressive timelines while ensuring quality and measurable impact for AI-driven capabilities.
• Become an expert in customer workflows by conducting deep research across key verticals (construction, field services, manufacturing, medical).

Requirements

• Strong product management background building and scaling B2B SaaS products.
• Ability to drive strategy and execution for AI-enabled product capabilities.
• Experience creating PRDs and defining success metrics for measurable customer impact.

Nice-to-haves

• Domain familiarity with operational workflows and inventory processes across multiple industries/verticals (construction, field services, manufacturing, medical).
